Deliverables
How the work progresses
Agree on business outcomes, authority, time commitment, stakeholders and decisions that require executive ownership.
Create a shared fact base, operating rhythm and clear accountability for the most important commercial measures.
Direct teams and partners against an executable roadmap while resolving cross-functional constraints.
Clarify responsibilities, document decisions and strengthen processes so your people and partners can keep progress moving after I leave.
Working together
Engagements are remote, with travel and on-site work agreed when useful. We work with the people and partners available to your business and identify where additional support may help.
The Ecommerce Growth Assessment has a fixed fee, scoped on the call. Other defined projects have an agreed scope and fee. Fractional leadership fees and involvement are scoped on the call.
The first 30-minute call is free. Ongoing advisory is $300 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, with a three-hour ($900) starting commitment. We agree on priorities up front, and I get your approval before going over the agreed hours. Time covers calls and any agreed preparation, research or follow-up.
Start dates, duration, meeting cadence and client time commitments are agreed during scoping. Who's involved: a business sponsor and the people or partners responsible for ecommerce and related functions. Decision rights, reporting relationships and time commitment are agreed before work starts.
The existing tools and operating information needed for the agreed leadership role. Access and authority are limited to the engagement mandate. I work within your existing analytics tools and do not download sensitive client data.
A mutual NDA is the first step before any engagement. The written scope defines access, responsibilities and deliverables. After the roadmap, we agree how to move forward: I can provide advice, coordinate your people and partners, lead agreed priorities as a fractional leader, or help bring in trusted partners and oversee the work.
