Information we use

When you send an inquiry or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, message and appointment information. We use them to respond, arrange meetings and manage business communications. Please avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information through these forms.

Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver and secure the website. We use information to handle your requests, operate the business and meet legal obligations; optional analytics are based on your consent.

Cookies and analytics

Optional Google Analytics and Vercel measurement help us understand visits and improve the website. Google uses analytics cookies and processes usage, device and cookie-identifier information; Vercel’s measurement is cookieless. We do not send inquiry messages or contact details to analytics, sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. See Google’s privacy policy.

Analytics remain off until you allow them. Declining does not affect access. Your browser remembers the choice for up to 180 days; Google analytics cookies are also configured to expire after 180 days. Necessary hosting technologies may still operate.

You can change your choice through Privacy settings. Withdrawing consent stops future optional measurement and removes accessible analytics cookies, but does not delete information already collected.

Embedded video

Clicking Play on the introduction video loads YouTube’s embedded player. Until then, the preview is served by this website. YouTube may process viewing, device and network information under Google’s privacy policy. You can also watch directly on YouTube. The website’s analytics choice does not control YouTube’s processing.

Booking and service providers

Opening the booking calendar loads Cal.com’s scheduling service inside this website. You can also open its booking page directly. Cal.com handles appointment details and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Bookings are shared with Jeff and his connected calendar. This website’s analytics choice does not control Cal.com’s processing.

We use providers for hosting, analytics, email and scheduling, including Vercel, Cloudflare, Google, Resend, Cal.com and Apple/iCloud as applicable. They process information for those services and may operate outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as reasonably needed for communications, business records and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access, although no internet service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

Privacy requests can also be sent to jeff@jeffdouglasadvisory.com.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or object to or restrict its use. Contact Jeff to make a request; identity verification may be needed. You may also contact your local data protection authority. Manage appointments through your booking confirmation.

We update this policy when our practices change and show the revised date above.
